Villa Staci is our beautifully elegant, luxury, privately owned Florida Villa. It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine.

It is situated in the quiet, upscale, deed restricted residential area of Rotonda Lakes. It is a secluded property, surrounded by wildlife and appropriate for all ages.

Rotonda Lakes is located on the Cape Haze Peninsula on the sunny south west of Florida's Gulf Coast.

It is in an excellent location for beaches, golfing, fishing, shopping and fine dining.

Rotonda Villa

Villa Staci is a spacious 3 bedroomed home with private swimming pool. It is our new family vacation home and is luxuriously decorated to five star standards throughout.

There are four mountain bikes, a Pool Table and a Soccer Table (Foosball) for our guests' enjoyment. Local and state to state phone calls are free of charge and there is also a complimentary highspeed internet connection.

The living room has a big screen 50" Plasma TV with satalite channels, plus a DVD player and stereo system. There are beautiful ivory leather reclining sofas to relax on, one of which is an additional queen sleeper.

All three bedrooms have an LCD TV with satelite channels and a DVD player.

Rotonda is the perfect location for trips to Fort Myers, Naples, Tampa, Sarasota, Venice, The Everglades and Orlando. It is ideally situated so that you can explore much of Florida from your Rotonda Villa.

The dazzling beaches of Florida are a ten minutes drive. Shopping and excellent restaurants offering a wide variety of menus are within 5 minutes drive. An abundance of golf courses are right on the doorstep.

Relax in our Florida Villa, have a swim in your own private pool or simply sit back and sunbathe on your sunlounger. Savour the peace and quiet and listen for the many varieties of birds and wildlife.

If you're feeling a bit energetic, take one of our mountain bikes out and explore the area of Rotonda. Look for local wildlife, enjoy the woodland scenery and the beautiful lakes.

However you choose to spend your days, the options are endless from our Rotonda Villa on the Gulf Coast of Florida.

We also have another villa in Rotonda called Villa Tammi. It is of a very similar style and size as Villa Staci and is furnished in the same style and to the same standards.
