Living Area

The villa has a spacious open-plan living room. It is fully air-conditioned and stylishly furnished.

It has a large 50" Plasma TV with over 185 satelite channels plus a DVD player and separate stereo system.

There are luxurious ivory leather reclining sofas to relax on, one of which is a Queen Sleeper.

An elegant formal dining area can comfortably seat six.

The Villa provides for free local and state to state phone calls. Free highspeed internet access is available for those who wish to bring their laptop computer with them.

Lanai


House width patio doors lead through to the large 26 x 10 lanai and sunny pool area. The patio doors open and retract to the full length of the lanai giving a completely open aspect to the villa living area and lanai.

The lanai is fully furnished with superior quality patio furniture including table, 6 chairs and sunloungers and overlooks the 25 x 13 pool.

A safety fence is provided for when there are young children staying.

 
The 25 x 13 feet pool is six feet deep at the deepest end and is in the sunshine from sunrise until sunset.

The lanai is shaded and has a ceiling fan to help keep you cool.

The pool backs onto greenery and is not overlooked, if you choose you can take your sunlounger into the garden area.

Come evening you can sit on the lanai and relax with a glass of wine, whilst watching another beautiful Florida sunset.

Bedrooms

The elegant, spacious, Master Bedroom has a King size bed and patio doors opening onto the lanai. It also has an LCD TV/DVD with satelite channels and a large walk-in closet.

The second bedroom is a Queen bedded room which is also very elegantly furnished and has a feature arched window and LCD TV/DVD with satelite channels and a built in closet.

The third bedroom is a spacious twin bedded room which has double doors leading to the living room. This too has an LCD TV/DVD with satelite channels and a built in closet.

Ample bed linens are provided.

All three bedrooms are air-conditioned and have ceiling fans.

The large fully equipped kitchen is complete with all the modern appliances and utensils you could possibly need, all equipment is new.

An additional breakfast dining table has seating for four.

A washer, dryer, iron and ironing board are also provided.

The master bathroom is complete with walk-in shower and twin vanities.

There is a second full bathroom which has a large vanity counter located between bedrooms one and two.

There are two hairdryers and more than enough bath towels, hand towels and face cloths for your convenience.

Ten large pool towels are provided for use around the pool area and for the beach.


Four Beach Chairs and a large Cool Box are at the Villa for you to take on day trips to the beach.

We have provided four Mountain Bikes with head gear for your own personal use.

The garage/games room houses a Pool Table, Table Tennis and a Soccer Table.

A selection of books, films, CD's and board games are also at the Villa.
